At what point does trespassing become self defense? What are the necessary conditions for this line to be crossed from trespassing to self defense?

Because I had friends who were authorities in that State, I had them to do a research on the person who hired the lawyer. In fact, I presented that information to the Judge as well: (Name) has no license to hunt or fish. (Name) is also a convicted felon, not allowed to own rifles or handguns. (Name) had priors with the State Game Commission for multiple violations (reading the violations).

On the flip side of the coin, you do get “lost people”, they do not make attempts to hide anything, in fact, they would literally run up to you with expressions of relief! That’s how you can tell them apart! Lost people won’t run from you, they will go up to you! Poachers and illegals will RUN FROM you!

Illegal Hunting and Illegal Fishing is always a problem everywhere; just as much as cattle rustling! It’s one thing to love the land you live on, it’s another thing when people trespass and disrupts it all.

Hi everybody! I have been looking at posts on narcs and narc abuse on here and if has really helped me out a lot. I am currently struggling with my situation and need some advice/support. I met a narc last year, everything seemed to good to be true. Love bombing, always texting calling and taking me on dates. Everything changed when someone warned me about him out in public in front of him and who he is. This caused a conflict with us and the love bombing seized. he would tell me that everything is okay and i can come and talk. He would set a time limit on me and kick me out after that. he would then text me like everything was fine and we hung out again and after that he completely ghosted me for one week. He came back and texted me a week later laughing about the ghosting and acting like nothing had happened. he continued to text me ( not like in the beginning) make plans with me, then on the day of the plans he would just ghost me. One day he would act interested the next silence. i contacted him a month later and he acted like nothing happened. He was on a vacation and sent me a picture of another woman ( someone he allegedly met on the trip) to strike a reaction but i never gave him one. After the trip he came to my place and was extremely rude, accusing me of going on dates with a bunch of men. The next day he accused me of being an alcoholic and that he wanted nothing to do with me but said well maybe we can be "friends" then ghosted me i assumed at this point it was over and i would never hear from him again. He contacted me on the holiday a month later acting like everything was great. We ended up hanging out a month or so later and when we hung out it went well, i thought things were going in the right direction. after we hung out.. silence. I would try to text him and if he replied it would be very short then he just stopped replying. He ghosted me for almost three months. I thought he was done this time and of course he popped up again like nothing happened. At this point i was getting sick of if so i questioned him as to why he dissapeared and always does this. Of course he had some sob story about a injury and family member dying of cancer. I felt pity for him and he gave me an apology.. so i took him back stupidly. things seemed to be going smooth for a couple months, of course until his family member died and his injury got better he never contacted me and was distant. Menawhile, i was there for him during the difficult time for him. He lied to me about the funeral and never wanted to chat. I was chasing him and he would always claim nothing was wrong but when i said i thought he used me when he was down he could not handle it and would always tell me he didnt care and to go away. I would get so upset i would try texting him to work it out he would barelt respond and if he did he would not be nice about it. we did hang out a couple times after that, he would ignore me after. One day i was like hey i think you are seeing someone else, and i was like well ixam seeing someone so no problem if you are he said " buy bye good luck with your new guy stop contacting me" i was devastated and tried to get into contact with him for weeks then i just gave up and accepted it was over. He ended up contacting me a month later acting like everything was fine. He wanted to go out and have drinks i told him i would. He and i both seemed to have a great time. He ends up ignoring me again. I kept texting him trying to figure out what was wrong. He kept saying everything was fine and i said ok can we hang out again? He said maybe i was like why? He just kept saying maybe … our last conversation we had… i said what is wrong ? He said nothing is wrong everything is fine. I asked him why he keeps saying maybe. He said " maybe but i dont want to see you right now" i said why? He saix " im just not feeling it, if i wanted to date i would" i said why did you contact me less then a week ago wanting to go out? He said i didnt.. even though he did. So i said should i just move on or what? He said whatever you want to do. So i said that he was really confusing me and asked him if he had anything more to say before i move on? My messages were turning green so i panicked he blocked me and reacted irrationally. I said " omg did you block me? My messages are not going through. Even texted him on my work phone asking what was up. And called him twice ( please dont judge me i know it is pathetic i never was this type of girl before him) so he replied and said " Ok I'll block you now" then immedietly blocked me. He has never blocked me before since I have met him he will just ghost. Is this ths final discard aka " grand finale? Did i just push him too far? this has upset me so much its hard to even function.

My friend who lives up in the wild-side of the mountains, is always having to deal with poaching and illegal fishing on his property. He’s exempted from any murder charges, after having to deal with the first handful, he acquired permission from the Authorities.

I wound up installing electric fence.

On the land I owned years ago, which was very large, was a problematic location (not just mine but also my neighbor’s who borderlines it). It was a poacher’s delight. They would sneak in through the State Owned Land (even though the Wardens always blocks access, these idiots would make another one).

About 11 months after selling the property (because we were returning back to Florida), I received a nasty lawsuit. I was being sued because a poacher cut the electric fence and almost killing himself, sustained 2nd and 3rd degree burns.

Only my neighbor’s son, had a “shoot out”, the poachers fired at him after he ordered them off the property and he returned fire, injuring both men. Both of those men were arrested without bond and sentenced to prison.

I had to contact the xxx County Courthouse to request a video hearing, and at first the Judge denied it, which I appealed, he didn’t realize I was living in Florida then approved of it. During the hearing, the Stupid Lawyer tried to claim 1.5 million dollars due to injuries sustained by the “victim” caused by “my electric fence” that failed to have “posted warning signs every 100 feet”.

What can you do if someone makes a false accusation against you?

On another land I owned, I had several poachers who trespassed. I detained them at gun point, until the Police arrived, and both were arrested. I had to mount on horseback to follow the trail to how they even got into my land it turned out that they cut through a Commercial Business’s property through the back and made a trail and once they arrived to the fence, they actually cut the fence so they could drive further (about a mile and half) and park their vehicle that was difficult to see from all angles.

The fine line is how you deal with people.

In spite of signs - stating “Private property” “No Hunting” “No Fishing” “No Trespassing”. Poachers will poach - period! It’s just a matter of catching them in the act and getting them caught and arrested!

Bottom line here was - I was no longer the owner of the property. In addition, the Judge also asked me some questions which I answered - “Yes, your honor, my former property had poaching problem which was why I installed the electric fence.”

On top of everything, he has to deal with people poaching for ginger roots! He has electric fence, but that doesn’t stop them, when there’s DOLLAR SIGNS on something, people WILL find a way!

As far as I know, they still live on the property. They are very well off, and they live off from genuine rubies and sapphires, on top of the gold. They have their own private mine which is on their property in an undisclosed but heavily secured location.

They (Poachers and Fisher and Gatherers) really go after him firing handguns to rifles, one even tossed a grenade! He’s shot a lot of trespassers (several were killed) and there’s more than ample warning signs posted! Not only has he shot them, so have Deputies and Wardens as well (some have been killed). People trespassing are considered “armed and dangerous” in addition to “being totally unpredictable”. As for the guy who tossed a grenade, is in Federal Prison.

Well it turned out that ding-dong lawyer went to look the permits up and found my name on there and filed it against me. He lost big time because “I” had already sold the land and it was no longer in my possession, in addition, I had signs posted every 25 feet and not every 100 feet when I provided the Judge the photos.

On our land (the neighbor’s and mine) poachers were becoming very brave and bold! They were killing out cattle - cows, sheep, goats, if it had meat on it - they will find a way!

I confronted him and asked “Why are you suing me for? Where did you get my information from?”

The Judge had me to fax that information. Once he received that, the honorable Judge threw the case out and told them they could NOT file it again (with prejudice).

Back in 1998, I was sadden to find out that the poachers shot and killed his wife and seriously injured his daughter who was with her mom almost taking her life as well. The suspects remained at large, until 2003 (I think) when those 2 suspects were caught and arrested. The same weapons used to kill his wife and shot his daughter was still in their possession!
